Even though I do not accept exchanges or standard returns, I will do everything I can to make sure you are satisfied with your Dragon. If there is an issue with your sculpture, please contact me immediately.

All Dragons are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. They will arrive surrounded by layers of tissue paper which is then  cradled by polyfil inside the box.

 

However, sometimes the carriers are not kind to packages and damage can occur. If your Dragon arrives in less than perfect condition, please let me know right away. If the damage cam be repaired, you will have the option to ship the Dragon back or if the damage is very minimal, I will instruct you in the repairs. If the Dragon is damaged beyond repair, then I will recreate it for you as closely as I possibly can.
